Its almost time!!! Join us at WABC for an Animal Safari. Where Kids and Adults explore the nature of God! June 23-27 (time to be determined). This year we will learn what's great about God; explore the nature of God and learn how to service him in practical ways. Registration will be open soon so mark your calendars now! Easter Eggstravaganza!!

The Youth Ministry is now accepting plastic Easter eggs and Easter candy for our annual Easter Eggstravaganza which takes place at WABC's during our Easter Sunday service in our Children's Church. We also offer free family portraits that day so be sure and invite your family and friends to join you April 20th at 11:30 AM.

Clara M Ellis Scholarship Banquet

We invite you to join us at WABC on Saturday June 29th at 3 PM for our annual Clara M Ellis Scholarship banquet. Our speaker will be our very own Lexis Flores who will be graduating from high school in June.

YOUTH DAY

Please join us for our annual Youth Day service on June 23rd at 11:30 AM. Our guest speaker is Rev. Walter Oliver. 

Upcoming Youth Events

June is a busy month for our Youth Ministry. All Youth are invited to a special Youth Picnic on Saturday June 15th at noon as we kick off our month of Youth events at WABC. Join us on Sunday June 23rd for our YOUTH Day service. VBS Camp 2013 registration has begun. On June 29th the Clara M Ellis Scholarship Ministry will host its annual banquet! 

VBS Camp 2013

Join us at WABC for our VBS Camp 2013. Registration is now available online for Volunteers as well as participants. Our camp is free and is open to ages 3 and up. We also offer an adult class during that week. VBS Camp 2013 runs from June 24th through the 28th. For more info please check out our website or speak with our VBS Director Calonia Fults.

We broke records at our Easter Eggstravaganza Easter Sunday (please pray and consider becoming a partner in this ministry). We would like to thank everyone who contributed candy, eggs and gfifts that day. Special thanks goes out to Calonia Fults and Dottie Edmonds for holding down the fort! Easter Sunday

 

Pastor Marc and Lady J invite you to join them at WABC Easter Sunday! Extend an invitation to your family and friends to join us during the 11:30 AM service for a time of fellowship and a relevant word! Our childrens church will host an Easter Eggstravaganza during the service.

Fall Fest

Our Fall Fest will take place October 31st at 6 PM. Come join us for games, prizes, free food and our Trick Or Trunk contest! This event is a Family event and is free and open to the public. There will be a contest for the person or persons with the best decorated "fall" costume and "fall" trick or trunk! We are now accepting candy donations and volunteers for the nights festivities!

Backpack Drive

We are gearing up for our Backpack Drive, so start gathering those backpacks, pencils, pens, paper, crayons, glue, etc! For more info on how you can help us give back to the community and our local elementary schools please see Nicole Daye for more info!

Easter Eggstravaganza

Its that time of year!! The youth ministry will start accepting candy donations for our annual Easter Eggstravaganza which will take place during our Sunday morning worship service on Easter Sunday. Come that day to hear a timely message and drop off your children for children's church! We will be looking for volunteers to help assist the youth directors that day! If you are interested in volunteering or would like to give a donation please speak with Calonia Fults, Thomasine Flores or Nicole Daye.

We Need Your Help!!!!

Our youth and children's ministry is busting at the seams! We need volunteers to step up to the plate and assist us with special events, in our nursery and our children's church! We also need donations for snack time on Sunday, containers to hold nursery toys, and a builder who can create a partition for our space. We also need your prayers as we continue to pour into the Youth that are WABC!

"Slime Time" Fall Festival

WABC Youth and family.....get ready to spread the word! Our 2nd Annual Fall Festival will take place on Sunday October 30th (the date has changed from the original date of October 29th) at 2:30 PM!!! Tell your friends and neighbors and get ready for a funfilled event packed with lots of games, special prizes and free food!!! Adult volunteers are needed to help out with the various stations.
