WABC Hero Headquarters

Its that time of year. Time for the entire family to join us at WABC for VBS Camp 2010!

At Hero HeadQuarters, kids will meet unlikely Bible heroes who are often overlooked. In fact, we don’t know a single one of their names! They were not famous leaders or called by God to perform amazing miracles—yet their small acts were used by God to do wonderful things!

There will also be classes for our adults as we study "Unnamed, Unsuspecting Heroes Singled Out By God"! Are you Unsure of your Heroic Potential? So were they. Afraid? Doubtful? They Were too. "Unnamed" introduces unsuspecting heroes from the Bible who were prompted by God, then choose to take action even though they were unexpected, unclean, unpolished, unworthy, underestimated, uncertain, unnoticed and unranked.

Join us June 28th through July 2nd at Hero Headquarters.

Youth Sunday

Join us this Sunday for our Annual Youth Day. Dress attire is casual and we will have a Backyard Bash immediately following service. So grab a lawn chair and meet us at WABC on Sunday Morning at our 11:30 AM Worship Service.

Praising God!

Our Children's Church Ministry is praising God today! We would like to congratulate young Leroy Nicks who is a candidate for baptism. Leroy is a regular participant of the WABC KidZone! Thanks goes out to our Children's Ministry Directors, Calonia Fults and Thomasine Flores for their unwavering commitment to the children who come through the doors of WABC.

VBS Camp 2010

It will soon be time for VBS Camp (Coming June 2010)! You can now register on-line. Come join in the fun "WHERE KIDS JOIN FORCES WITH GOD"! Easter Eggstravaganza

Kids grab some friends and invite them to our Annual Easter Eggstravaganza to be held on April 5th at 12 Noon. There will a Easter Egg Hunt, games, prizes, food and fun for kids of all ages.

Parents and friends the Youth Ministry is seeking donations for this big day. For more info speak with Calonia Fults or Nicole Daye.

WABC KidZone

WABC KidZone (Children's Church) Ministry has begun. Special thanks to our new Children's Church Director's Thomasine Flores and Calonia Fults. Children's church is open to PreK through 6th Grade age children. KidZone is held on 1st, 3rd 4th and 5th Sunday's. All youth are invited to participate in the choir and Youth Day services which are held on second Sunday's. Youth Choir rehearsal takes place on 2nd Saturdays at 10 AM.
